No, we would not be able to do a warranty replacement without proof of the issue with your item. We would need to see pictures or a video of the issue with your item as well as proof of purchase that is itemized and dated with the seller's name on it from where it was purchased. If the item has already been tossed out or destroyed, we would not be able to do a warranty replacement.
